Just like every great fairytale, the Team Up families, mentors, volunteers, and staff are on a journey—facing real challenges, building resilience, and choosing our next right step. Sometimes the chaos of our world and the busyness of our lives can leave us wondering if our efforts will even help foster real change, when all we’ve got are small slivers of time or tight budgets.

We’re inviting you to step into a whimsical and meaningful world for one night, where even the smallest acts of courage can lead to big transformation. Let’s celebrate together and help each other uncover our next right thing.

All sales and donations directly support Team Up to provide…

• Caring adults for each kid. This is often a team of people who surround the child with long-term, positive interactions.

• Trauma-informed care. This proven method provides safe, inclusive environments and interactions that allow our kids to learn, grow, and be authentically themselves.

• Teaching resiliency and how to navigate conflict. While under our care, kids receive therapy and/or counseling, learn valuable mental health skills, immerse themselves in academic STEAM projects, and participate in many nutritional and physical activities.

• Encouraging children to dream big for the future! As our kids learn the skills needed to navigate the pitfalls of trauma (and sometimes just being a human), we’re able to offer opportunities to explore different careers or hobbies to launch them into their own future.
